"Return and refund went easy"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and had to send it back. I was worried it was going to be a headache, but it actually goes really smooth. They replied quick, sent me the return details, and my refund come through a few days after they got the item back. No annoying back and forth or anything. Happy with how simple it all was.

"Really comfy, though I was kinda surprised"
The fabric feels really soft and somehow doesn’t get sweaty at night, which confused me a little because my old one always did. It just seems to breathe better, and I’ve been sleeping more comfortably with it.

"Delivery was a little late"
The delivery showed up a bit later than expected (which was a little annoying), but everything still arrived okay in the end.

"Pretty solid deal overall"
It’s good for the price. You basically never get amazing quality without paying a ton these days, but this felt like a good value. My only gripe is the shipping could’ve been faster, though shipping always seems to take forever now.

"Comfier than I expected"
I got mine last week, it’s been really cozy. I was expecting it to be warm, but I’m glad it’s not heavy or bulky at all. It feels soft and comfortable, especially for lounging around. I knocked off one star because the shipping took a little longer than I expected, but the comfort itself definitely met my expectations...

"Support got it sorted, just took a little time"
Customer service did get back to me and they were able to help, so no big complaints there. It just took a bit longer than I expected. In the end, everything was handled, but if you need a super quick response, it might not be instant.

"Finally sleeping more better"
I’ve been falling asleep quicker now, which is nice because nights were not my favorite before. I feel a lot more relaxed when I’m getting ready for bed too. i wasn’t really expecting it to help like that, but it kind of did.

"Surprisingly solid quality after being a bit skeptical"
I ordered from Getahug a few weeks ago, i wasn’t sure what to expect. My trust in online shops has definitely taken a hit lately because so many things look great in photos and show up feeling cheap. This was a nice surprise though. The material feels sturdy, not flimsy, and I’ve been using it almost every day. So far it still looks the same, with no loose stitching or weird wear showing up. It actually feels like something that’ll last, which I really appreciate
